Is your website secure?

Yes, the whole site is covered by SSL security, and each page should display a valid certificate and padlock in your web browser. Payments are processed through PayPal’s checkout process and your card details are never shared with us.

Are your products new or used?

Our focus is on used (‘pre-owned’ or second-hand) clothes, accessories, watches and jewellery however we do stock new items occasionally. The condition of every item is clearly stated in the item title, description and ‘Additional Information’ tab on each product page.

Do you provide an extended warranty on used watches?

All used watches sold through this site are covered by a limited 3 month warranty. Terms and conditions and some exclusions apply. More information and details on making a claim are available on the Limited Warranties page.


Are my payment details safe?

All payments on this site are processed by PayPal. We will never have access to your card or bank details, as these are never shared with us. When you are ready to pay for your order you will be securely redirected to PayPal’s own payment page.

Do I need a PayPal account to order?

You don’t need a PayPal account to be able to order on this site, and you will be able to pay with most major credit and debit cards. If you do have an account with PayPal you will be given the option of signing in to your account to save entering your card details again, and you can also use your account balance to pay.

How do I use my discount code?

Coupon codes and promotional vouchers may become available occasionally, as part of promotions or other events. Each voucher may be subject to specific terms, which will be made clear alongside the promotional code. Terms may include a time limit on validity, or exclude certain items or ranges. This list is not exhaustive, and it is up to the customer to ensure all the conditions have been met.

Promotional codes can be entered on the Basket and Checkout pages. Beneath your basket items, will be a box where you can enter the code, and update the order total.

Delivery and Returns

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer free UK delivery, backed up with a hassle-free returns process. For full details on which delivery services are used, please see the Delivery Information page. You will be provided with a tracking number and courier information for your order as soon as one is available.

How do I return something?

We want every customer to be 100% happy, but if your order wasn’t a perfect fit we think it should be easy to return. There’s no need to provide a reason, but we value all feedback and it helps improve our service in the future. Please fill out the form on the Return An Item page to get started.
