East Time Limited Warranties

All our used watches are provided with a limited 3-month warranty from the date you purchased your watch, protecting against manufacturing and mechanical defects. Terms and conditions apply and are covered in detail below. This warranty does not cover new watches as they are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Your warranty will be registered with the details provided at check-out and is personal and non-transferable.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.

Due to the age of some used watches covered by this warranty we can no longer guarantee that your watch will stay within expected tolerances for timekeeping and is no longer suitable for use submerged in water.

It is your responsibility to securely deliver the watch to our premises, at your own cost and covered by adequate insurance. We will not charge for return postage to customers based in the UK in the event of a valid claim against your warranty. If you are based outside of the United Kingdom we may charge for taxes, fees and other charges applied by customs when returning your item.

We will either repair, replace or refund the full purchase amount of your watch at our sole discretion in the event of a warranty claim. All repair work is completed as quickly as possible however we are unable to guarantee an exact time period for completion of repairs.

There are some things this warranty does not cover including:

  • Loss and theft of your watch
  • Normal wear-and-tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, mistreatment and negligence
  • Wear of the watch strap, glass clasp and cosmetic damage
  • Damage/deviation caused by water ingress

If any third-party carries out any work or diagnostic tests on your watch (including dismantling and inspection) without our prior knowledge and consent this warranty will be invalidated.

Any modification of your watch using components that have not been provided by the manufacturer will invalidate this warranty.

We will have the final decision on all warranty claims, however if a dispute arises, we reserve the right to instruct a qualified and independent third party nominated by us to determine the issues requiring attention. We are under no obligation to seek third-party help to resolve disputes. The results provided by the third party will be binding between us.
